Weekly tournament
Official Rules
Effective October 7, 2026 · Baca dalam Bahasa Indonesia
These Official Rules (the “Rules”) apply to every PingPlay weekly tournament (each a “Tournament”) unless the page for a specific Tournament says otherwise. By taking part you agree to these Rules, the PingPlay Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy.
1. Organizer
Tournaments are organized by PingPlay, operated by Irvan Fahlepi (the “Organizer”, “we”, “us”). Contact: support@getpingplay.com.
2. Free entry — no purchase necessary
Entry is free. No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win, and buying anything (including PingPlay+) does not improve your chances of winning. Watching ads is never required to enter.
3. Eligibility
- You must be at least 13 years old.
- Prizes are available only to residents of Indonesia, unless the page for a specific Tournament states otherwise. Players elsewhere are welcome to play and appear on the leaderboard, but are not eligible for prizes.
- If you are under the age of majority where you live (in Indonesia, under 18), you need the consent of a parent or legal guardian to take part and to claim a prize. We may ask the parent or guardian to confirm this and to receive the prize on your behalf.
- One account per person. Each person may take part with one PingPlay account (or one device, if not signed in) only.
- The Organizer, people who help run PingPlay, and their immediate family and household members are not eligible to win.
4. Tournament period
Unless the Tournament page says otherwise, each Tournament runs from Monday 00:00 to Sunday 23:59 Western Indonesian Time (WIB, Asia/Jakarta, UTC+7). The countdown on the Tournament page shows the exact end. The Organizer’s server clock is the official clock; runs received after the period ends do not count.
5. How to enter
Play the Tournament’s featured game during the Tournament period — in the PingPlay app or in your browser (for example at getpingplay.com/tournament). There is no separate sign-up: your scores are submitted automatically when each run ends, and only your best score counts. Your leaderboard name is your first name if you are signed in with Google, otherwise the player name you chose.
Scores are only entered while you are online and the game reports them to PingPlay. We are not responsible for runs that are lost because of connection problems, device issues or game crashes.
6. How winners are determined
Winners are the eligible players with the highest scores at the end of the Tournament period, ranked in order. If two or more players have the same score, the player who reached that score earliest ranks higher. The number of winning places is shown with the prize on the Tournament page. Final results are confirmed after the fair-play checks in section 7, and the Organizer’s decision is final.
7. Fair play, anti-cheat and disqualification
Play the game as it was designed. The following are not allowed:
- modified, hacked or emulated clients, or tampering with the game, the app, the website or network traffic;
- bots, scripts, macros, auto-clickers or any other automation;
- exploiting bugs or glitches;
- using more than one account or device to take part, or playing on someone else’s behalf;
- scores that are statistically abnormal or that we cannot reasonably verify.
The Organizer may review any entry, ask for information, and disqualify players and void scores at its sole discretion if it reasonably believes these Rules were broken. Disqualified players may also be removed from future Tournaments.
8. Prizes
- Prizes are as described on the page for each Tournament.
- Prizes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative, unless the Tournament says otherwise. The Organizer may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a prize becomes unavailable.
- E-wallet credit is paid only to an e-wallet account registered in the winner’s own name (or, for a minor, the name of the consenting parent or guardian).
- Winners are responsible for any taxes or fees that apply to their prize.
9. Prize fulfilment and claiming
- Winners are contacted in the app and/or through the email address of their Google sign-in within 7 days after the Tournament ends.
- To claim a prize you must be signed in with Google on the account that set the winning score. Guest players can’t be contacted or verified, so they can’t claim prizes.
- Winners must reply and provide the details we need (for example the e-wallet account) within 14 days of our first message. If a winner doesn’t respond in time, is ineligible or can’t be verified, the prize may be forfeited and offered to the next eligible player.
10. Privacy and publicity
We use your information to run the Tournament, check fair play and deliver prizes, as described in our Privacy Policy. Your display name and score may be shown on leaderboards and in winner announcements. We will never publish your email address or e-wallet details.
11. Not sponsored by Google or Apple
Google is not a sponsor of, and is not involved in any way with, this contest. The same applies to Apple. Any questions or comments about a Tournament go to the Organizer, not to Google or Apple.
12. Changes, cancellation and liability
The Organizer may modify, suspend or cancel a Tournament, or change these Rules, if something beyond its reasonable control (such as fraud, technical failure, or a problem with a game) affects the fair running of the Tournament. If that happens, we may award prizes based on the eligible scores up to that point. To the extent permitted by law, the Organizer is not liable for losses arising from taking part, except where caused by its own negligence or misconduct.
13. Governing law
These Rules are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. If the English and Indonesian versions differ, the Indonesian version prevails for residents of Indonesia.
