Delete your PingPlay data

In the app (fastest)

1. Open PingPlay and go to Profile.
2. Tap Delete account & data and confirm.

This immediately deletes your account and the data linked to it on our servers, signs you out, and clears the app's data on that device. If you never signed in, the same option deletes the data linked to your device's anonymous install ID.

By email

If you no longer have the app, email irvan.fahlepi@gmail.com from the Google account you signed in with (or, for PingPlay Studio, the email of your creator account) with the subject “Delete my PingPlay data”. We'll confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your account details (Google account ID, name, email address, profile picture URL).
• Your likes, saves, follows, leaderboard scores and player name.
• Your comments.
• Activity events linked to your account or install ID.
• For creators: your Studio account, and on request your published games and their files.

What may be kept

• Aggregated statistics that don't identify you (for example a game's total play count).
• Information we're required to keep by law, or for a short time in backups and logs before they expire.

You can also remove PingPlay's access to your Google account at any time in your Google Account settings.
